Our Team
Mónica Malavé
Marketing & Branding Strategist | CEO
Mónica Malavé is the CEO of Elevate It Now® and a creative marketing professional with more than 35 years of experience, including 15 years in executive management leading the marketing departments of several credit unions in the Washington, D.C. area. Her specialties are strategic planning, corporate branding, social media management, and technical and creative marketing development. She deployed the corporate branding of DVA Federal Credit Union and led the rebranding of FDIC Federal Credit Union and 360 Financial Group in Florida.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management, Mónica keeps training in the latest marketing strategies, including AI and search, so every client receives a plan that is results-driven.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Mónica has always had a passion for marketing and all things creative. Early in her career she fell in love with the credit union philosophy of “people helping people,” which is now the core belief of Elevate It Now® and the goal behind helping realtors, small business owners, credit unions, and other organizations succeed through marketing. Ibiza Gascón
Senior Brand Designer
Ibiza Gascón is a seasoned graphic designer and Elevate It Now®’s Senior Brand Designer. Born in Caracas, she loved drawing and painting from a very young age, which led her to study graphic design at one of the most prestigious design institutes in Caracas, where she channeled her greatest passion: brand design.
With extensive experience in the advertising world, she has served as an Art Director on successful product and service campaigns for multinational companies such as Draftfcb and Ogilvy & Mather, among others. After more than 20 years, Ibiza chose to work independently, offering brands the wealth of knowledge she has gained while taking a more personal and collaborative approach to developing brands from the ground up. Through her partnership with Elevate It Now®, she hopes to reach many more clients who are in love with their brands.
In her free time, Ibiza loves cooking for her family, enjoying a good movie, or simply admiring her beloved Cerro Ávila with a nice cup of coffee.

Eric C. Laufer is Elevate It Now®’s Chief Technology Officer and one of our IT consultants, driving technological innovation and strategic vision. With a rich background in software engineering and digital marketing, Eric has dedicated his career to merging cutting-edge technology with marketing strategy to propel businesses forward in the digital age.
With more than two decades in the tech industry, Eric has been instrumental in developing scalable solutions, strengthening digital security, and fostering a culture of innovation. His expertise lies in identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into business operations to create seamless, efficient, and impactful marketing campaigns.
Under his leadership, Elevate It Now® has embraced transformative technologies, from AI-driven analytics to advanced digital platforms, so our clients always benefit from what is next.
